Dr. Get in Focus ("we," "us") runs this website and the coaching programs offered on it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Your name, email and phone number when you buy the Manifesto, take the Focus Profile, or book a call.
Your Focus Profile answers and scores, and anything you type about where you are stuck.
Booking details: the time you pick and your answers to the booking questions.
Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic site data such as pages visited and browser type, collected through cookies.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: the Manifesto, your Focus Profile results, and your Clarity Kick Start call.
To prepare for your call, using your Focus Profile results.
To email you about your purchase, your booking, and related tips and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
To run and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business: our CRM and email platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our payment processor (Stripe), and our calendar and booking tools. We may also share it when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a contact or client, and for a reasonable time after that for records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop all emails, by writing to [email protected]. If you live in California or another place with privacy rights laws, you have those rights too, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top.

By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

The Manifesto is a digital ebook ("Accelerated. Dynamic. Hyper-Drive.") for a one-time payment of $5. The Focus Profile is a free self-assessment. The Clarity Kick Start is a free call with Dr. Jeff. Any paid coaching program has its own agreement.

2. Coaching is not medical care

Our content, assessments and coaching are for education and personal development. They are not medical, psychological or clinical care, and they do not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition. The Focus Profile is not a diagnostic test. If you need medical or mental health care, please see a licensed professional.

3. Results vary

Examples and testimonials show what some people have done. They are not a promise of what you will get. Your results depend on you.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Because the Manifesto is delivered instantly, all sales of the Manifesto are final.

5. Your use of our materials

The Manifesto and all site content belong to Dr. Get in Focus. You may use them for yourself. Please don't copy, resell or share them publicly without our permission.

6. Booked calls

If you can't make your call, please reschedule or cancel with the link in your confirmation email.

7. Limits on our responsibility

We provide the site and materials "as is." As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using them, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
